Windows 10: 0x800704cf having this erorr cannot connect

I'm trying to use my internet but having issue connecting to the internet, it's giving me error in my network code 0x800704cf.

erorr in connection

Hi all.please help!!.I both the nokia 8800 sirocco (copy) from china.when I insert the sim card- all ok, but after few calls the phone show me erorr in connection,or network busy.somebody know what is the problem?please help me. sorry for my poor english.
