Windows 10: 0x800704cf when trying to install Microsoft Store app via WINGET

Hi,I'm running Windows 10 Education 22H2. When using Winget to install Microsoft Store apps, they fail with the error “An unexpected error occurred while executing the command:0x800704cf : The network location cannot be reached.” I've tried the following steps:1. Start by running the Windows Store Apps troubleshooter.Open Start > Settings > Update & security > TroubleshootScroll down to the bottomClick Windows Store AppsClick Run the troubleshooter2. Press Windows key + R, Type wsreset.exe , Hit Enter3. Reinstall the Store: Press Windows key + X , Click Windows PowerShell Admin

getting error 0x800704cf when trying to sign in to Microsoft store on windows 10

I'm getting error 0x800704cf when trying to sign in to Microsoft store and its saying I'm not connected to the internet. Everything else is connecting and I'm able to sign in to Microsoft on the web browser.
I've tried everything on this list How to Fix Microsoft Store Error 0x800704cf - Saint plus more. Any help is appreciated!
