Windows 10: 0x800704cf

i have an error 0x800704cf when i log in the microsoft app. i tryed a lot of metots but nothing worked help me pls. i created a new account on windows and in the accont goes fine whitouth problems i dont know what to do i beg u help me : . and i use for the internet the ethernet cable , if u need some more info i will tell u just help me

After automatically installing driver upon restart: Intel 20.70.25.2 (2021-06-22).

Ran Network troubleshooter

• Still getting error code 0x800704cf after sleep and hibernate.
  

It would help if there was a way to narrow down which software was triggering this error.
