Windows 10: 0x800704cf

Hi All,I'm hoping someone can help me. I have purchased a subscription to Office 365 and downloaded install for my laptop. When I try to log in to my windows account through the office app I am getting 0x800704cf error message. I get the same when using the Microsoft Store. It seems to think that I am not connected to the Internet when I am.I have searched online for solutions. This seems to be a common problem. I've tried running the Troubleshooter and it tells me I may need to try logging in to Microsoft .com which I can do succesfully. I have also flushed DNS and reset TCP/IP but thi
