    Every time I try to get into the Microsoft Store app it says Microsoft Store is blocked Check with your IT or system administrator. and this is a school laptop I was allowed before and i need microsoft office

    1. Restart OneDrive: Right-click on the OneDrive icon in the system tray and select "Close OneDrive". Then, open the Start menu and search for "OneDrive". Click on "OneDrive" to open it and sign in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Check your antivirus software: Some antivirus software can interfere with OneDrive. Temporarily disable your antivirus software and try to sign in to OneDrive again.
    3. Clear your OneDrive cache: Press the "Windows key + R" to open the Run dialog box. Type "%localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset" and press Enter. This will reset the OneDrive cache.

    • Since when are you facing this issue?
    • Are you aware of any changes made on the computer recently?
