    0x8007054f win11 cumulative updates


    I have windows 11 and the updates hangs in 90 percent then gives error 0x8007054f. After that it will immediately close as if nothing happens. How to solve it?

    cumulative update for windows 11 gives error while installing

    I'd provide you with these 2 suggestions- I have no other fixes as I'm not a Win11 user:

    1. Uninstall any 3rd-party antivirus, they usually prevent your system from updating to the latest versions.
    2. Wait until another update launches.

    I suggest you to uninstall the Cumulative update and check if it helps.

    Follow the steps below.


    • Go to control panel, then click on
      Programs and Features.

    • Tap on View installed updates, then find the update.

    • Right click on the update and uninstall the update.

    And also you can temporarily disable the
    Cumulative update.
