Windows 10: 0x80070643 error when downloading updates

Looks like I get the error 0x80070643 after it downloads and before installing. It then fails and asks me to retry.

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
