Windows 10: 0x80070643 will not load

Ok - I know there have been loads and loads of issues with a security update, recently not loading and all sorts of very technical info on how to resolve it - but now I have received this message - There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x80070643.So do we now have another problem with security updates?I do not intend to play around with settings, etc as I am not technical and will most likely break something, so any idea when it will be resolved properly?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
