    0x80073CF0 - Can't install purchased items on other machines


    Hello,

    Hoping someone can please help. I have purchased Age of Empries through Microsoft Store, installed it on one of my machines without any problems.

    If I try to install the game on to one of my other PCs or laptops I get error code 0x80073CF0. Initially I thought this was relate to cache, I've cleared cache and done the usual C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution and deleted Downloads folder contents as well as running wsreset.exe but the error still occurs. It starts to download but fails within 10-20 seconds.

    Can anyone help?

    Thank you, but I want to highlight that I've already tried the wsreset.exe :

    "this tricky problem. Finally I tried wsreset.exe, but it also doesn't work. "

    After the execution of "wsreset.exe", the store was launched, but the "downloading" item of that app still appeared in the Start menu, and after I retried installing that app in store, again the error code 0x80073CF0 was returned back.

    Does that means that my tablet PC can no longer have this app installed on it before I reset the operation system to the factory mode or purchase another tablet PC?

    Just to clarify, you would like to see the list of purchased items in Windows store, is that correct?

    If so, I suggest you to try the steps below and check:

    1. Open Windows store.

    2. Click on the user account icon and select "purchased".

    3. Under purchased, all the list of purchased items will be listed.
