Windows 10: 0x80073CF9 couldn't install. we'll retry shortly. state of decay 2 and gears of war 4

I can download anything else from microsoft store, but xbox games pass games stopped working after I reinstalled windows three days ago



I can press retry and it downloads a little for about 20 seconds then does it again, so maybe if I sat here all day and kept clicking it would download fully lol



I had to reformat from something else, both games were fine before the reformat



I've tried everything I can find online and reinstalled windows two more times

Cant install state of decay 2

I had problems with settings not changing and after few failed attempts to fix it i just deleted the game and was hoping reinstalling the game will fix it but after i press reinstall i just see: State of Decay 2 Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly...

Already reinstalled MStore few times, try to relog few times and deleted any still remaining content of the game i could find and still when i start MStore i see 1 update pending (State of decay 2) and its just stops right after i press update with same: State
of Decay 2 Couldn't install. We'll retry shortly...

Error Code 0x80073CF9 when trying to download Gears of War 4

Gears of war 4 will not download and I am getting the error code 0x80073CF9.

tried "wsreset.exe" and that didn't work, eve tried restarting 3 or 4 times.

 

Xbox game pass not able to download Gears of war 4

Hello, I have recently purchesed the game pass. I bought the game pass with the intent to only play pc games. So far Halo Wars 2 was amazing. State of decay 2 stoped working after 2 days, but that's a whole nother discusion/problem(which has to do with your
buggy Microsoft Store).I dicided to try Gears of war 4, since I loved the earlier games on my Xbox 360. When I poened the Gears of war 4's Microsoft Store Page, I only got three options. The first one to install the game on Xbox One, the sacond to buy the
game and the third to install the trial version. My quastion is, is gears of war 4 not available on pc with the game pass? Because it clearly sais that it is on the game pass website.

I supose my real shortend quastion would be:"Why am I only able to install the trial version of gears of war 4?"

PS:

While writing this, My computer froze, because I had gears 4 trial opened on my sacond monitor (flwaless store , flawless pc port, flawless job Microsoft)
