I am trying to upgrade a few PCs from Win10 Home to Win10 Pro. I have the purchased the licenses and downloaded from the MS admin centre. The laptop running Win 1Home upgraded with out a hitch. However the laptops running Win10Home not willing to move to Win 11 just yet failed to upgrade with the following message "0x800F0830-0x20003 The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with and error during INSTALL_UPDATES operation."I have removed the antiviral programme, ensured the system updates are up-to-date, disabled Defender temporarily, and disabled secure boot in UEFI boot. Restarted

I have windows ultimate on an Acer AST180, that keeps giving me the same error when trying to upgrade to Win 10 couldn't upgrade windows 7 0x800F0830-0x20003 installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase
