Windows 10: 0x800f0905 issue. Many features and apps have disappeared from windows 10

This morning my computer ran an update. When I first turned it on the whole machine was slow but task manager said the system did not exceed 30% usage on any drive. I tried restarting the system and it ran an update that didn't come with a notification. The machine was still slow and when I checked for the update it said :There were some problems installing updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: 0x800f0905 The screen says it's for Feature update to Windows 10, 22H2.I first noticed that notepad

The Loss of the AccuWeather Feature during Upgrade to Windows 10

I realize that the AccuWeather feature disappeared after upgrading to Windows 10, let me assist you.

To assist you better, let us know the build of Windows 10 installed in the system.

• Press Windows key + R key, type winver and press
  Enter key. (To check the build number.)

There might be changes in the features of Windows 10 in different builds.

As an initial step of troubleshooting, I suggest you to follow the steps below and run the
Windows Store Apps troubleshooter and check if it helps.

  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and select
  Troubleshooting.

  Click on View All, in the left view pane.
  
• 
  Find and click on Windows Store Apps
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
  

If the issue persist, try downloading the AccuWeather application from the Windows store and check if it helps.

Windows 10 Tweaks

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”
