Windows 10: 0x800f0922

I have had this issue for months now, and created a thread in January requesting assistance. However I stopped receiving replies so I am creating a new thread. I will provide a link to the old forum showing all the methods I have tried.

I have been unable to update my computer Windows 10 for several months. I am now "missing important security and quality fixes." 0x800f0922 is my error code.

Windows refuses to update - Error 0x800f0922


Windows won't update, i ran sfc as an Admin in CMD and no issues.

• Adobe is activated on Edge but still doesn't work, could this be related?

Checking .NET Framework

One of the possible culprits behind this problem is .NET Framework. So, one of the ways to get rid of the Windows 10 update error 0x800f0922 is installing the latest version of .NET Framework. Moreover, you should activate
it in Windows Features. You can do those by following these instructions:

1. On your keyboard, press Windows Key+S.
2. Type “Windows Features” (no quotes).
3. Select ‘Turn Windows Features on or off’ from the results

2. Click OK to save your selection.
3. Restart your computer

Error 0x800F0922 when enabling media player in windows 10 1607

Running Windows 10 (1607) - Media Feature is listed in the windows features - when I check to enable I get error 0x800F0922. .Net 3.5 fully enabled without errors. Need to enable Windows Media Features for some of the other applications to work. I have
already tried various things including reinstalling 1607 - does not help. Desperate to get this fixed. Any suggestion is much appreciated.
