Windows 10: 0x801901f4 error when trying to sign in to any Microsoft app on my pc

When I try to sign in to anything on my pc, windows store, word, xbox, etc. I receive this error message. I have tried the following without success.

1. Run the System File Checker SFC and Deployment Image Servicing and Management DISM command-line utilities
2. Run the Store app troubleshooter
3. Clear the Store cache
4. Re-register Microsoft Store
5. Reset the Store app to fix the Error 0x801901f4
6. Try restoring Windows to a previous working state
7. Create a new Microsoft account

This is extremely irritating and limits my ability to use windows apps, and I wish to resolve this as quickly as possible.
