    ok guys so i was having this problem and searched for solutions for a long time. Now some people said that the solutions worked for them they didn't work for me. I found a solution to this problem and was going to post their but the thread was locked down. So neither am I a programer nor real tach savy but what i have noticed is this problem is mainly with 10240 build from microsoft. I simply updated my pc by going to the following link where i downloded the windows 10 software update. It downloded and automaticly started downloding the latest update to my computer.
