Windows 10: 0x80246008 windows 11 update and microsoft store

anyone know how to fix it? I don't know when I updated windows 10 to windows 11 NOT NORMALLY, I have 775 socket and it doesn't support tpm I used app and install windows 11 and another day looks normal but another month. Hallo, i installed windows 11 on my laptop, itry to update windows update, microsoft store and my game at xbox but it can't because error Code: 0x80246008, i'll try many option but it same. Please help me

 

Windows/Windows Store not updating 0x80246008

Recently, I've realized that my Windows computer hasn't been checking for updates and a lot of things aren't working properly. Every time I check for updates, I get the error message of "We're having some trouble downloading updates. Restarting your device may help." with the error code of 0x80246008. This is the same for the Microsoft Store where every time I try and update an app, it gives the error message of "Something happened on our end." with the error code of 0x80246008.

I've searched up answers for this issue but none seem to work. I've tried:

• Windows Update and Windows Store troubleshooters
  
• WSreset.exe
  
• DISM.exe
  
• Starting services (BITS, Windows Update, etc)
  

I have tried a repair install, however, it seems to get stuck on 37% every single time I try it.

I've tried searching for an answer to this issue for several days now but nothing seems to work. I would really appreciate any help whatsoever. Thanks.

May I know which version of Windows are you using? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)

Please check and follow the steps below:

1. Update Windows

2. Reset MS Store

Please press Windows key + R and type wsreset.exe and hit enter

Blank command prompt will popup, please wait for it to close and MS Store will launch, check if the issue persists.
