Windows 10: 0x80248007 and 0x80070103 update issues

I used troubleshooter to diagnose update issues but all it established was that there was an issue and offered no solution. I have: Download error - 0x80248007 x3 and Install error - 0x80070103 x 3. 6 update issues in total. I have restarted the pc a few times but that is not working. Please advise
