Windows 10: 0x80280013 error while i try to login after sleep/signout

I read Received error code 0x80280013 when I try to login with my pin - Microsoft CommunityI tried to delete NGC folder but I wasnt able to, and the command is not clear, like I keep getting this when I write down that command.

Receiving error code 0x80280013 when trying to login after having my laptop on sleep mode.

I have an asus g14 and usually just login vis fingerprint, however when my computer goes in to sleep mode and turned on again, it says something went wrong etc. When i try entering the pin, the I get the above error code. I've tried the solution mentioned in a different thread (Redirecting) but I cant seem to find the NGC folder following that. Does anyone know a solution?

I'm on windows 11 if it matters

Whenever I leave my computer for a while and it goes to sleep and I try to enter my pin this error appears - "Your PIN is not available. 0x80280013". This problem goes away after restarting the computer. How do I fix this?

Things I have tried:

• Resetting the pin via Microsoft account email
  
• Changing the PIN
  
• Deleting the Ngc folder
  

Nothing seems to be working.

I am running 64-bit windows 10
