Windows 10: 0x803FA067 error, did everything I could find to fix and nothing worked.

Today I bought a new pc and with it I bought a windows 10 pro key on ebay from a trusted seller with many good reviews, just to clear out the possibility that he scammed me.
I went to the activation tab in settings, inserted the key and the 0x803FA067 error showed up. tried again and again and again. NOTHING worked. I tried restarting, using a few commands in cmd as admin as told on the internet from various sources, tried changing the product id to the generic product key, tried activating using the generic key instead of the one the seller gave me, tried asking him for a new one and still same error, tried the get help but it cant find a solution to this specific error, tried troubleshooting and it says it cant find the key. Maybe I tried some more but that's all i remember. I paid for the key and it's not refundable. please help me find a way to activate it.

Programs not working


In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

 

Error: No work available to process

Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

 

Reserved Partition Error - Fix Doesn't Work


here are the pics. did not pirate windows 10. under programs, nero is not listed. are we getting near a solution? maybe i should just do a clean install. this is getting out of hand. didn't think it would take 50 steps. also, this drive is from my other computer. maybe there is a compatibility error?
