Windows 10: 0x87e0000f error for Forza Horizion 5 on win 11 PC

I bought x box game pass to play Forza horizon 5 a month Ago it installed well and i played it for about a month last week I got an update from Forza but when i tried to install it didn't update and it showed me 146gb download instead which is the whole game during which I faced multiple issues and after almost a week it installed. I got an update yesterday and same issue happened but this time it gave me an error 0x87e0000f I tried installing other games it installed but only Forza gives that issue. Solutions tried: resetting windows, reinstalled xbox and Microsoft Store, clearing cache, repa

I bought a game pass and tried to download Forza Horizon 5, but I can't proceed anymore because of the 0x87e0000f error.

I've tried all the solutions that come out of googling, but they didn't work. What should I do?

The error code you are receiving would mean that your device is having trouble connecting to Xbox Live or the Xbox Live service might be temporarily unavailable. To make sure that you can connect your device to the Xbox Live services, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure Windows is up to date

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type settings, and then select Settings.
  
• On Windows 10, select Update & Security. On Windows 11, select Windows Update.
  
• On the Windows Update page, select Check for updates to see if any updates are available including optional updates for your device.
  
• Once the updates have downloaded, select Install now to start the installation.
  
• Following installation, we recommend that you restart your device so that the latest updates can take effect.
  

2. Download and install Xbox Console Companion app.

• Go to this link: Xbox Console Companion - Microsoft Store Apps
  
• click on Get app on Store.
  
• wait for the app to download and install completely.
  

3. Make sure both the Xbox and Gaming Services apps are up to date

• Press the Start button on the taskbar, type store, and open the Microsoft Store app.
  
• Select Library.
  
• Under Updates & downloads, check if there are any updates available for the Xbox app or Gaming Services app. If an update is available, select Update.
  

4. Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox app and the Store with the same account.

> To make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

5. Uninstall and reinstall Gaming Services

• Select the Search icon on the taskbar, type powershell, right-click on Windows PowerShell, and then select Run as administrator.
  
• In Windows PowerShell, type the following command and press Enter:

• In the same window, type the following command and press Enter:
  
  [table][tr]
  [/tr][/table]
  
• Install the app on that page and select Yes when you receive the User Account Control (UAC) prompt.
  
• Restart your device and try to install the game again.

sorry, It dosen't works. and I also install win 11 again and i got same error again.

I am in despair..
