    when are Microsoft go to sort the mess they have made with the AV stream camera all the suggestion made do not work I now have 2 desktop Pcs that have this error codes that suggest the the camera is NOT working but the opposite is true its working but you cant get into the settings each time I click on the setting wheel it is coming up with the error codes I have uninstalled the camera so many times (5 times) in fact I'm being to think Microsoft don't know how to fix it as non of their answers/ suggestions work

    Many thanks for your reply and suggestions.

    I have tried each suggestion buit to to avail.

    I have tried to access the settings menu within the Camera app but receive the following error. Maybe this can guide you in what needs to be done to fix the issue.
