Windows 10: 0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp>0xC00D3704 on Huawei MateBook D13 / Windows 10

Hello.


I have recently the issues with the Camera on my laptop Huawei MateBook D13. There is just one front HD camera but I'm not able to use a camera for taking picture but even not able to use in other apps as Zoom or Skype. I use this apps daily. I've tried to deleted recently installed apps which can possible block the camera and also talk to automatic help on laptop as well as with Windows 10 specialist via computer.

My camera is switch on activated in Privacy>Settings . Also I've tried to install the latest driver but it haven't help and camera is still not working. I have and use the laptop just 4 months.


Please do you have any idea what can help?

My Camera on my new Surface Laptop isn't working: 0xA00F4243 <CameraReservedByAnotherApp>

The light is on but only the back camera is working. When I try to use the front camera, I get an error message in the camera app:

0xA00F4243<CameraReservedByAnotherApp> (0xC00D3704).
