Windows 10: 0xA00F4244

This is not a common issue with the camera app. I know a lot of people having this issue and dont tell me it is my hardware since it is properly fine with my other device. I checked my driver and it is all up to date. I have windows 10 and i need this fix

You can try using the windows default driver.
Right click the device in device manager, and select update, then browse for drivers my computer, then select let me pick from a list, then select USB Video device:

• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  

I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned below and see if that helps:

1. Type Get Help app in the search bar on the
   Taskbar and open app.
   
2. Type camera not working 0xA00f4244 in the Get help app and select
   Device Camera Troubleshooting.
   
3. Follow the on-screen instructions and complete the process.
   

If you have an HP laptop, you may want to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned by Chao_L in the thread
