Windows 10: 0xa00f4293 <videoCaptureStartTimeout> error cannot record video using camera app

So as i searched many solution including the new one from https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/error-code-0xa00f4293-camera-app-not-working-on/c3ee0de7-6210-4d6f-ac19-b030f559c10f, The problem still there and I already tried for uninstall camera device in device manager and so on plus with add something into registry but still not work. My laptop is omen 16. Please help. Thanks.

Windows Phone Camera App: Recording Video with headset microphone instead of internal mic

The phone only uses the built-in mic when recording videos on the Camera app. If you want to use an external mic when recording videos, it is best that you send this suggestion through Feedback Hub so our developers can work on it. To send a feedback on
your phone, you can follow the steps below:

1. Go to All apps, search for the Feedback
   Hub app.
2. Open the Menu icon at the top left side.
3. Select Feedback, then tap the Add button
   (+) at the top right side.
4. Select Suggestion and provide the details needed in the box.
   
5. Select the right category and then submit.
