Windows 10: 0xc0000001 device not connected or accessible

Hi,



I just bought a windows 10 home USB. When i try to do a clean install i get error code 0xc0000001.


My bios correctly finds all my devices, including the usb stick. I dont have another pc besides the blank one im trying to install on so i can't make another bootable. Can't the one i bought just work? Is it corrupted? Do i need to change some bios settings?


Im trying to install to a samsung ssd on a brand new z390 motherboard.
