Windows 10: 0xc0000001

So my brothers computer shut down one day and started reading B1Intitializelibrary failed 0xc0000001 and so we replaced the cmos battery but now when we go to boot it it shows only the legion start up logo and the same error code. We've also tried to change the systems time/date but it seems to not save and when it restarts gives the same error code/logo screen

Hi,

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
