Windows 10: 0xc000000d

Everytime i get on to my Dell laptop it says

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired


An unexpected error has occurred.


Error code: 0xc000000d


You’ll need to use recovery tools. If you dont have any installation media like disc or USB device, contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer


How can i fix this? i have a usb but its not the same one i was given. I need to know how to fix my Dell laptop with a different USB, please respond as quickly as you can thank you.

Error-0xc000000d

I have download the BIOS files from HP support mentioning the laptop Serial number, product ID etc and perform the steps also but still 0xc000000d not resolved. As per them it is due to windows 10 corrupt and have to run the application image DVD/ USB which
they will provide with a cost.

I have sent a email to microsoft IDs stating that my system is working very slow and need your help but that was not responded. After few days this issue occurred 0xc000000d.
