Windows 10: 0xc000000e error and unable to reinstall windows

Last night I finished my work and shut down my laptop as I always do. This morning when I switched it on I got the blue screen saying 0xc000000e error. I clicked the keys below but I couldn't simply boot into my computer. I pressed 'Esc' and it led me to a list of options where I pressed F9 . After that I didn't know what to do and I pressed Esc again to go back. The moment I pressed Esc, my system started booting without any problems and I could log into my pc. I was so happy and after my work I shut it down. But this was just a temporary process and I had to always go through this Esc , F9
