Windows 10: 0xc000000f

Hello, I’m having a huge amount of trouble with my computer. I’m having the error code 0xc000000f. I’ve been trying everything I possibly can to fix it, to no avail. I don’t have an installation disc or USB. I cant put the system into repair mode because it doesn’t even get as far as the windows logo. I just want to repair it, I’ve been trying to get the settings to work for an M.2+M.2 adapter to PCIE so I can have faster writing speed, then I turn it back in and I come to this error. Please help.

The error code 0xC000000F is usually caused by operating system failing to read the booting configuration data. We suggest booting your computer using bootrec.exe utility by following the steps below:

• Restart your computer.
• Insert USB installation disk in the appropriate drive.
• Restart your computer again and press any key when prompted.
• Select the correct date, time, currency, language and keyboard before pressing
  NEXT.
• Click the operating system to be repaired.
• Click Command Prompt in the System Recovery Options.
• Type bootrec.exe in the prompt before pressing Enter.

My windows 7 on startup gives error message 0xc000000f. I do not have recovery CD. Please suggest any solution.
