1709 win 10 My Computer' my laptop during the upgrade process I got the error message won't open and unfortunately 0xc0000021a error code in relation to a resource, I've applied to but I couldn't get a solution yet. I don't want to format my computer waiting

Error message when booting up: 0xc0000021a

Hi,

I am unable to boot up, or start in safe mode, or refresh, or revert back to former Windows platform since installing Windows 10.

Upon powering up my Lenovo Aspire 7600 I get the following error message:

Your PC Ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you... error code 0xc0000021a

It does not restart and it does not go into safe mode.

I do not have a source (USB or CD) to reset as the computer came factory installed and the upgrade to windows 10 was done online.

I have done every suggested change to the BIOS setup found on the web; my computer will not enter safe mode in any format.

I have tried every option imaginable to no avail.

Does anybody have any suggestions so that I don't lose the files I have on my computer?

 

Windows 10 fresh install fails with stop code 0xc0000021a

Trying to re-install Windows 10 using USB copy (32-bit, UK English) just downloaded with the MediaCreationTool.

The laptop disc system partition has been reformatted.

The install will not start - I just get stop code 0xc0000021a

Help!

Is this a corruption of the installation USB or what?
