Windows 10: 0xc00000e9

Last week, my windows 10 HP laptop failed to boot up as usual. The system hangs up and the error message saying that a usb device has causing the problem. So i removed all usb devices, and half the time it would boot properly, but tonight it won't boot into Windows again and constanstly displaying this error: 0xc00000e9. Sorry for my bad English. Any help welcomed.
