    Good Morning I have an Acer personal laptop. When I switch on it fails to start up & load windows, I am presented with a Blank Screen & the message error code 0xc00000e9 " An unexpected I/O error has occurred" Registry Failure. My Laptop will now Not Load & I just receive the same Blank Screen & the Registry Fault Message a question can this error be corrected / I have no windows 10 disc as this was a free upgrade offered by Microsoft some time ago / I would like to save all my data that is on the machine & I have had no previous problems with windows 10 any help or advice would be much appreciated. I have tried all the recovery steps to no avail. Won't restore etc.
