Windows 10: 0xc0000102 cant access pc

Hello,Recently I experienced a power failure and as a result my wifi icon went away so I thought a restart would fix it.. little did I know, I cant access pc at all now....I tried all the options in the recocery and even formatting but it keeps saying there was an error.I then booted into a usb stick and I encounter the error above..I tried all the bootrec stuff but cant seem to figure it out...Help pls

Error code 0xc0000102, Locked Out

I turned on laptop tonight with a blue screen and the subject error for file: \Windows\System 32\drivers\iaStorAC.sys I searched the forum for this error, but my situation is not listed. Pics below of screens. Nothing in F8 is accessible, cannot get into Safe Mode, F1 does not work, & ESC brings up BIOS. Totally locked out and can only get to BIOS (?), but do not know what to select. Note: I only have basic computer knowledge, please help! - - - Updated - - -

Quick Access not searching Pictures folder

Summary, that last suggestion didn't work.

• I moved the pictures to another folder temporarily.

• Then I tried to remove the Pictures folder with option one at Add or Remove Folders from This PC in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials. Even after rebooting, the Pictures folder remained.
• So I tried using option two. Same thing: reboot >> Pictures folder still there.

• Since there were no troubleshooting steps for this scenario, just for the heck of it, I ran through the restore steps. Copied some pictures into the Pictures folder, ran a Quick Access search and initial problem remains: Searching all of QA doesn't find any files in Pictures folder, running search on just the Pictures folder does. I want to run a global search and find matching files in any/all of the Documents, Music, Videos, and Pictures folders.

That article dates from 2015 and I'm guessing is out of date. I hope it didn't create potential future problems in my registry.

Bottom line: I'm still looking for a fix.
