0xc000021a blue screen after few minutes working on laptop.folowing repair instructions did sfc/scannow and somey=times works after reboot.However this loop is going ob=ver and over again

Blue screen on computer laptop with stop code 0xc000021a

On my computer laptop a blue screen appears with a stop code 0xc000021a. System will not restore or repair.

 

0xc000021a Blue Screen Loop

After defragmenting my laptop's hdd, (i was defragmenting the hard drive in windows pe) when i restarted, it was in a blue screen loop the error code is 0xc000021a as mentioned earlier. I tried system restore, but it was failing to restore it. It was saying that i try chkdsk c: /r but no luck... Is there anyway to fix this rather than re-installing Windows? Thank you for your suggestions.
