Windows 10: 0xc000021a error code

Hi everyone! This has just happened to my computer. Yesterday before it shut down it wanted me to update before shut down it. After 1 day I tried to open it unfortunatly it did not open anymore. Please help me. I love my computer and my files on it. Anyone can help me. I bought this laptop from Canada as used one because I really could not afford a new onen my country. I can share my ss if you reach me.
