Windows 10: 0XC000021a

HiI just installed windows 11 and this problem keeps popping out, even I reset the windows, in the mid of the process of resetting, it also popped out to stop the reset. I already reset the windows more than 20 times within these 2 days!!! It really pissed me off already Microsoft!! Anyone can help me? I already done scannow and dism check, why Windows so unstable even though 20 years already.
