Windows 10: 0xc00006d subtopic 0xc0070005 then security pin is deleted

Dear Everybody, My security pin got deleted on my Dell XPS15 and I can no longer log in. Initially, I got the error message I'd of 0xc00006d substatus 0xc0070005, but now I do not get that any more. I kepp logging into the repair screen with my long Bitlocker password and the Microsoft password. I tried every variation of changing the startup options, with no success. I also tried changing the security options in the bios, and I did not get any further. Every time I get back to the Windows screen, it asks for a pin. Finally, İ even reinstalled Windows, and that too, did not work. I have been t

I can't open command prompt it is loading up and restarting the system and nothing comes up

Boot menu there no ptt/ or Tpm option on security

 

Windows PIN code issue (0xc000006D error code, sub-code 0xc0070005)

Hello,

when trying to connect on windows, I have an 0xc000006D error code, sub-code 0xc0070005 with a prompt to configure again my PIN code. When I configure the PIN code again, it does not solve the problem. The only way to go I found is to restart the computer and then, when prompted my windows pin, it work again.

If you can help me with this, it would be great!

Can't create pin for login. Pin stopped working

Hi Kevin,

To resolve your concern about creating pin to your computer, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Navigate to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\NGC (click to get permission when prompted).
• Delete the contents of that folder (delete everything in that folder, but leave that folder and everything above it).
• Go back to settings, accounts, sign in options.
• Your non-working pin will now be gone, and you can just click 'add a pin' and set it again.
