Windows 10: 0xc0000c12f error but can't install C++

Discus and support 0xc0000c12f error but can't install C++ in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am suddenly not able to play games on Steam or open some apps due to this error.     I am suddenly not able to play games on Steam or open some apps due to this error. I understand this means I need to reinstall Visual C++ Redistributable for visual studio.I have tried to install both the X86 and X64 versions and each time I get an error message saying "the feature you are trying to install is on a network resource that is unavailable".Some more searching suggests that I need to Uninstaller the existing versions of Visual C++ on my computer, but when I try to I get the message "Windows cannot find "C:\Program Data\PackageCache \{a9cfe9c7-e54f-9c5c-542ff8e3e8c4}\Vc_redist.x64.e
