Windows 10: 0xc002001b in store in every app

I keep getting this error code 0xc002001b I tried to log out and log back in check proxy and time and date but still the same

Creating another user (administrator/not administrator) still has the same issue.

I performed a clean reset of my computer wiping everything, only installing windows 10.

After all the windows updates, there were a few apps on microsoft store that managed to update. However there is still a long list of apps that give me the "0xC002001B" error when installing/updating.

I never ended up installing windows 11, since somehow, launching microsoft solitaire might have allowed some of the apps i needed to install, install. I still have the error, but not with any apps that i need.

I hope microsoft adresses and solves this issue, instead of using it as a resource to make people upgrade to windows 11, since I, personally dislike the new look and performance.

EDIT: Also, i looked through the full error details on "0xC002001B" in the event list.

Some of the details i found:
"error 0xC002001B: While processing the request, the system failed to register the windows.licensing extension due to the following error: <Error message string not found>."

"error 0xC002001B: windows.licensing failed to update critical data for Microsoft.SkypeApp_15.83.408.0_x86__kzf8qxf38zg5c. Try again and contact the package publisher if the problem persists."

"AppX Deployment operation failed for package Microsoft.XboxApp_48.88.11001.0_neutral_~_8wekyb3d8bbwe with error 0x80073CF6. Seems to be a windows licensing issue? I'm not very knowledgeble regarding this subject. But it might be because the PC is bought from a company, so there's issues with the windows keys they use?

I completed the install and all the windows updating went smooth. I have no issues updating windows.

powershell gives me the same errors as before, while cmd says "no access".

Microsoft store still gives me the 0xC002001B error when trying to update/install apps there.
