Windows 10: 0xc1900101-0x20017 error when updating to 21h1 or 20h2

I tried to update my Windows 10 1909 to 21h1 and got 0xc1900101-0x20017 error code at the end of update. Same happened when updating to 20h2 as well.Windows support page says check the setuperr.log and setupact.log to see which drivers causing this problem but i can't understand anything from those logs. If anyone who knows and might tell which one is it would be appreciated. Logs are in the links below.https://workupload.com/archive/7Dnd9D6J

Hi Antony,

As i am getting error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but you suggested to refer 0xc1900101-0x40017. Just asking which one is right solution for my
issue ?

I have already tried the steps mentioned for error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but No luck.

I also tried to upgrade through Windows Update but same error.

This thread starts with the same error and indicates how this issue was resolved in some cases. It's not going to be easy, I feel, with no one solution.
Note the same error has occurred with previous build upgrades.

Did you try the list of quick fixes which include removal of third party AV.
