Hi! I really need some help here with trying to solve my windows update problem. I've been searching all over the internet trying a load of solutions and even got help from Microsoft live chat support team but nothing have worked. I am on a Windows 10 Home version 1909 trying to update to version 2H22. I've been trying to fix this for several hours the last two days and would appreciate some help!After trying several times to reinstall windows using Media Creation Tool 22H2 I always get this error message.0xC1900101 – 0x20017, Installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT oper

i was trying to upgrade from windows 7 using a media creation tool after the installation my pc restarted and got an error that Installation failed in SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation, 0xC1900101 – 0x20017

I have tried to installing windows 11 22H2 version on my Dell Inspiron 43711N and getting an error message of 0xC1900101-0x20017 saying"The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during BOOT operation. What should I do now please tell me.
