Windows 10: 0xc1900101 - 0x30018 first_boot sysprep_specialize Windows update 1709 to 1903

Hi, I'm trying to update to Windows 1903 from windows 1709, however nothing I've tried so far has worked.

So far I've tried:

• Normal update through settings > Update & Security > Windows Update
• Turning off windows defender and firewall, including uninstalling third party anti-virus and firewall software
  
• Updating from an ISO disk and flash-drive
  
• Updating from windows update manager
  
• Updating in clean boot using ISO and windows update manager
  
• Resetting UEFI/BIOS settings to default
• Checked my filesystem using sfc /scannow
• Checked my filesystem using DISM /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore
  This includes DISM.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

The last thing I can think to do is check the setuperr and setupact log files but I don't really know how to read or interpret them.
If someone's able to get an idea of what's happening here's my log files:

0xc1900101 - 0x30018 first_boot sysprep (1903 Update)

I am trying updatng to 1903 Update, and i am keep getting this error 0xc1900101 - 0x30018 first_boot sysprep. I tried updating from windows update. And from ISO (offline) , and nothing helps. Even tried clean boot and unistalling antivirus.

 

W10 Upgrade fails with 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 in FIRST_BOOT with error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE

Hi Microsoft and totally not liable supporters,

since a long time my W10 Upgrade fails starting with 1903.

I checked many forums and tried many things like e.g. deactivation of non-Microsoft services, only mouse and keyboard attached, de-installation of a lot of old software, update of drivers, checkdisc etc. - but all fails.

Currently i try desperately to upgrade via MediaCreationTool1909.exe, but no change in the result:

"We couldn't install Windows 10

We've set your PC back to the way it was right before started installing Windows 10.

0xC1900101 - 0x30018 failed in FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_SPECIALIZE operation."

After off-line removal of AMD driver with DDU and automatic re-install of driver by Windows:

Any idea or hint of why the upgrade fails would be appreciated.

Information:

Custom image location:

REAGENTC.EXE: Operation Successful.

I tried disable it and enable it but didnt work.

Plus when i try to use windows update i get this error 0x80080005
