Windows 10: 0xC1900101-0x4000D Error

I contacted support due to issues of Window 10 not updating properly and or freezing up. The technician assisted in downloading Windows setup. I took 90 minutes and the received this message:


"0xC1900101-0x4000D

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during MIGRATE_DATA operation"


Any ideas on how to fix this?
