Windows 10: 0xC1900101-0x40017 error during Windows 11 upgrade to 24H2 from 23H2

Discus and support 0xC1900101-0x40017 error during Windows 11 upgrade to 24H2 from 23H2 in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; I want to update from 23H2 to 24H2.     0xC1900101-0x40017 error during Windows 11 upgrade to 24H2 from 23H2


    I want to update from 23H2 to 24H2. I do the update via the iso file, but also got the same behaviour when the update was offered via Windows Update. The update runs, and at the end I get a BSOD with the error code 0xC1900101 - 0x40017. Installation was not succesful, in second boot phase an error occured. On the BSOD the error says page fault in nonpaged area. Logs from setupapi are attached.setupapi.upgrade.zip

    I got rid of all my virus protection and I tried again, but now I have windows defender on there (built into Windows 10) I don't even know how it works on windows 7. I cant get rid of it and I tried installing windows 10 again, but no use.
