Windows 10: 0xC1900101 - 0x40017 problem after update

Hi all,


I really need help with this. Been trying to update my Win 10 in order to install apps from the store. E.g. Apps like Spotify and Autodesk Sketchbook aren't being able to be downloaded somehow. The button is not clickable.

I don't understand; I just installed my Win 10 Home 64 bit edition on a 1TB hard disk. I haven't installed any apps or programs yet so I suppose I should still have enough space right? I mean...???? If I did a normal update install, it would hang/freeze at 82% or it would trey to revert back to my previous version before update.

I finally had help from a Microsoft technician via virtual agent pop-up to install the update(remote assistance or whatever you call it; where you allow them to have control over your computer) which worked and then....when I managed to load to my desktop, this came on:





So now, I don't know how to fix the problem. What can I do from here? Can someone assist me please? Thanks lots!
