Hello, I have Windows 10 Pro installed on my SSD and cannot get it to update to Windows 11. I had an issue earlier where secure boot and TPM 2 was disabled. PC Health check said it was unable to update. I messed with my BIOS and changed these so now they are active. PC Health check says it is now good to update. Windows update in settings however still says "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11'. I found out that you can update it anyway if you download Windows 11 assistant. I did that and ran it and it runs through the whole installation process but

Error 0xC1900101-0x4001E When trying to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10

I get this:

Error 0xC1900101-0x4001E

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during PRE_OOBE operation.

When trying to upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10

I've used the install tool, done it off a clean boot, disconnected all devices, configured and installed all updates, attempted innumerable configurations and permutations all to no avail.

Surely it should not be this difficult, any resolutions from the brains trust?

 

Windows 10 upgrade fails -0x8007002c - 0x4001e

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 8.1 computer to Windows 10 using a DVD . The install runs, reboots, gets through the Installing drivers and features step.. reboots and gets to the Configuring step, then reboots and says that it's restoring my computer
back to the way it was before.. the error is

"0x8007002c - 0x4001E"

I've tried re-downloading and re-burning the DVD, but same error.. need help!

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
