Windows 10: 0xC1900101-0x40021 can not upgrade to windows 11

Here is Logs.zip generate via SetupDiagLogs.zip Crash 0x00000004 detected Frame 0, module: nt Frame 1, module: WinSetupMon.sys Frame 2, module: WinSetupMon.sys Frame 3, module: FLTMGR.sysbut there is no setupmem.dmp at all.Thanks.

• 0xC1900101 - 0x40021 the installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation.
• I dont know how to solve this, and I wasn't able to find a solution. Im upgrading from windows 7

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but I've got a blue screen with this error :
INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP

After that, when I came in Windows 10, the configuration of Windows 11 tell this error :

0xC1900101 - 0x40021 : The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error in the BOOT operator.

(This error occurs when I'm use the ISO file)
(I've already tried Windows 11 Installation Assistant)

Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

I tried upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 using "Check for updates Menu in Settings" and "Windows Installation Assistant" but both fail at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

I read a thread about this error and said to generate a new thread because each PC got different solution.

Please Help...

The pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.
