Windows 10: 0xC1900101 error during windows 11 24h2 update

I've been trying to update for a few months now, but no success. I tried updating in safe mode but it always says that i cannot update in this mode. I'm looking at logs, but i have no idea what they mean. I'm using polish windows 11. Trying to download and install Windows 11, version 24H2 from windows update give error code:
