    0xC1900101 error when updating windows to 21h1 or 21h2


    Hi,I have been trying to update my dell xps 13 9370 for awhile now, tried many things such as clearing space, clean boot, DSIM, upgraded all drivers, upgraded bios, ensure removed all periphery, confirmed no third party antivirus. I am still getting this error. I'm not sure what to do here, and I'm not confident in reading my own logs or even how to get them. Is there anyone that can provide any guidance? It would be much appreciated!Thank you!

    Nearly 4 Hours To Update From 21H1 To 21H2

    Thanks for the comments. As suggested I will use Windows Update on my other machines for moving from 21H1 to 21H2.

    I would like to inform that this error may occur for one of the following reasons:

    • Antivirus software conflicts
    • Hardware conflicts
    • Corrupted/ faulty driver conflicts

    The KB5003791 Enablement Package allows you to go from 2004, 20H1, or 21H1 to 19044 (v21H2).
