  Windows Update Troubleshooter, and then select
  Open or Save in the pop-up window.
  • Note:If you select Save, you need to go to the folder where the troubleshooter is downloaded to after the download is complete, and then double-click the latest
    wu.diagcab file to run the troubleshooter.
• Select Next and follow the steps in the wizard to find and fix problems with Windows Update.

Error 0xc1900107 may occur due to system file corruption or components, we suggest that you follow these troubleshooting steps and update it afterwards:

Method 1: Run SFC Scan.

SFC will scan and run an automatic repair to any corrupted system files that it will detect. We suggest that you perform it twice. To run the SFC scan, follow these steps: 

• Type cmd on search, then click Command Prompt.
• Type sfc /scannow and press Enter.

Method 2: Run DISM Tool. 

DISM will restore any Corrupted System Image that causes the issues on your Windows Update.

• Type cmd on search, then click Command Prompt. 
• Type the following command: 

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /ScanHealth
• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

Note: This generally takes 15-30 minutes depending on the corruption and size of the partition.
